Background

WH Personal Finance, consultants helping millennial families gain financial independence, was low on leads and running out of time before their budget ran dry. They were primarily trying to attract clients through organic social content. At the end of the day, they were scratching their heads as to why they weren’t able to gain leads

Opportunity

Their organic content slowly gaining attention but rarely converting to leads. I started by running a content audit of their social channels. I also did market research, identifying further opportunities in Google Ads and long-term SEO investments.

Action

With the help of a contracted programmer and some key AI prompts, I built them a content funnel utilizing several channels, including Google Ads, organic social and paid social. The customer journey brought users to a landing page with a call-to-action encouraging them to subscribe. Using AI, I created a welcome series focusing them on encouraging that first consult.

Next, using the results from the content audit, I wrote them a guide on creating and evaluating content on social media.

Results

Once the ads were live, we build them a custom funnel reporting progress in every channel. The clients now had clear objectives and tasks every step of the way, and they acquired their first sales qualified lead within 3 hours of launch.
